Special Brinjal Fry | Kids Special Brinjal Fry | Vazhuthanaga Porichathu
Ingredients:-
- Brinjal – 1 Big
- Turmeric Powder– ½ Teaspoon
- Chilli Powder – 1 Teaspoon
- Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 1 ½ Teaspoon
- Coriander Powder – ½ Teaspoon
- Garam masala – ½ Teaspoon
- Curd - 3 Tablespoon
- Salt to taste
Preparation:-
- Take a bowl and add Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder, Kashmiri Chilli Powder, coriander Powder, Garam Masala, salt to taste and Curd and mix it well to make a thick paste
- Cut the Brinjal into small slices
- Marinate the Brinjal with the masala and keep it aside for 10 min
- Pour oil in a frying pan and fry the Brinjal both sides
- Tasty Brinjal Fry is ready to serve
- Serve it hot with rice
