Crispy Corn | Barbeque Nation Style Crispy Corn
Ingredients:-
- Sweet Corn – 2 Cup
- Corn flour – ¼ Cup
- Rice Flour – ¼ cup
- All-purpose flour – 1 Tablespoon
- Pepper powder – ¼ Teaspoon
- Chilli powder – ½ Teaspoon
- Cumin Powder – ¼ Teaspoon
- Chat masala – ½ Teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Oil as required
Preparation:-
- Add corn into a vessel and boil it for a min or two by adding required salt
- Strain the water using strainer and transfer strained corn into a vessel
- Add corn flour, rice flour, all-purpose flour, salt to taste, pepper powder and mix it well
- Make sure to get proper coating over each corn. You may add additional corn flour and sprinkle water to get proper coating.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry coated corn
- Add a little salt, Cumin powder, Chilli powder, Chat masala and mix it well.
- Serve it by adding chopped onion and coriander leaves
