Sago /Sabudana rice – 1 Cup
Potato boiled – 2
Groundnut – ½ Cup
Ginger – 1 Teaspoon
Cumin Seeds – ½ Teaspoon
Green Chilli - 2
Salt as required
Coriander leaves as required
Oil as needed
Preparation:-
Crush groundnut using a mixer
Smash cooked potatoes
Take a vessel and add sago/sabudana rice, smashed potato, crushed groundnut, Cumin seeds, ginger, Green chilli, Coriander leaves, salt to taste and mix it well
Take handful of sago/sabudana mixture and shape it for making Vada
Heat oil in a pan and fry both sides at low to medium flame
Tasty Sago/Sabudana vada is ready to serve

Powdered Sugar (Add 1 cardamom) – 1 Tablespoon
Baking Soda – A pinch
Salt – A Pinch
Ghee – 1 Teaspoon
Warm Milk – ¼ Cup
Oil
Preparation:-
Mix maida, rava, baking soda salt and powdered sugar
Add milk and make dough and rest it for half an hour
Make balls and roll out into thin chapathi shape
Cut it into desired shape
Fry both sides
Make a sugar syrup and dip the fried items into it

Boiled Potato – 2
Gram flour or besan - ¾ Cup
Turmeric Powder – ½ Teaspoon
Chilli Powder – ¾ Teaspoon
Garam Masala - ¼ Teaspoon
Cumin Seeds – ¼ Teaspoon
Curry Leaves
Salt
Oil as needed
Preparation:-
Mash cooked potato
Add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, Curry leaves, garam masala and mix it well
Take Gram flour or besan into a vessel and add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin seeds into it.
Add water little by little and mix it well
Cover egg with potato mix
Dip the egg in Gram flour or besan mix and fry both sides

Wheat flour- 1 Cup
Sugar – ¼ Cup
Water – ¼ Cup
Ghee- 2 Tablespoon

Oil as needed
Preparation:-
In a pan add sugar and water and boil till sugar gets dissolved
Add salt into wheat flour
Add sugar syrup and knead it well
Add ghee and knead again
Flatten the dough using a rolling pin
Cut the flattened dough into desired shape
Heat oil in a pan and fry each piece both sides
