Kurkure | Crispy Pasta | Evening Snack | Kids Favorite Snack | Homemade Kurkure
Ingredients:-
- Pasta- 1 Cup
- Water – 4 Cup
- Salt – 1 Teaspoon
- Oil- 1 Teaspoon
- Cornflour- 4 Table Spoon
- Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 1 Teaspoon
- Chilli Powder- ¼ Teaspoon
- Dry mango Powder- 1 Teaspoon
- Black salt – 1 Teaspoon
Preparation:-
- Take water in a vessel and boil water by adding salt and oil. Once it starts boiling add pasta into it and cook well
- Once Pasta is cooked drain the water
- Pour cold water on top of the cooked pasta to make it separate
- Transfer cooked pasta into a bowl and add corn flour on top of it and mix it well
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry pasta by turning it all the sides
- Transfer fried pasta into a bowl and add kashmiri chilli powder, chilli powder, dry mango powder, Black salt and mix it well
- Tasty and Crispy Fried pasta / Kurkure is ready to serve
