Soft and Instant Ragi Flour Idly | Ragi Podi Idly?
Ingredients:-
- Ragi flour – 2 Cup
- Rava/Semilona – ½ Cup
- Curd – 1 Cup
- Baking Soda – ¼ Teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Water – 1/3 Cup
Preparation:-
- Take a bowl and add ragi flour, rava/Semolina and mix it well
- Add curd into the bowl and mix it again
- Pour water little by little and mix it well until it reaches the required consistency and then keep it aside for 30 min
- After 30 min open the lid and mix it again. Add baking soda, salt to taste and mix it well
- Take an idly plate and fill the moulds with batter and steam it for 10 to 12 min
- Using a spoon remove the idly from the plate and serve it hot
