Ingredients:-

  • Custard Apple- 1
  • Milk Powder – 1 Tablespoon
  • Sugar – 3 Tablespoon
  • Cardamom - 2
  • Milk – 2 Cup

Preparation:-

  • In a mixer jar add Custard Apple pulp, Sugar, Cardamom, Milk powder and Milk and blend it well
  • Custard Apple shake shake is ready to serve

Ingredients:-
  • Banana (Njali Poovan) - 4
  • Pomegranate – ¼ portion
  • Milk - 1 Cup
  • Condensed Milk – 3 ½ Tablespoon
  • Ice Cubes – as required


Preparation:-
  • Take a mixer jar and add cut banana, pomegranate, condensed milk, milk and ice cubes and grind it well.
  • Tasty banana pomegranate milk shake is ready to serve.

Ingredients:-
  • Lemon – 1 ½
  • Sugar as needed
  • Cashew nuts – 2 Soaked
  • Grated coconut – 1 ½ Tablespoon
  • Ginger – ½ Inch
  • Condensed Milk – 1 Tablespoon
  • Salt a pinch
  • Cardamom – 4 pods
  • Ice Cubes as required



Preparation:-
  • Take a mixer jar and add lemon juice by squeezing lemon, sugar, ginger, cardamom, soaked cashew nuts, grated coconut and grind it well
  • Add condensed milk, ice cubes and 2 cup water and grind it well
  • Filter (optional) lemon juice
  • Tasty lemon juice is ready to serve.

Grape Squash with no preservatives | Quick and Easy Grapes Squash



Ingredients:-
  • Red grapes – 500 gram
  • Sugar – 1 cup
  • Cardamom – 10 pods
  • Lemon Juice – 1 Tablespoon


Preparation:-
  • Add grapes, cardamom and sugar in a pan and boil by adding 1 cup water
  • Switch off the stove and then add lemon juice and mix it well. Keep it aside for cooling.
  • Grind grapes and filter it using a filter
  • Keep the squash in an air tight container
  • To prepare the squash for drinking, add 3 to 4 tablespoon squash and mix it with water.

Ingredients:-
  • Sweet Corn to Grind– ½ Cup
  • Sweet Corn Whole – ¼ Cup
  • Carrot – ¼ Cup
  • Beans – ¼ Cup
  • Spring Onion - !/4 Cup
  • Garlic – 4 Pods (¾ to 1 tablespoon)
  • Pepper Powder – ½ Teaspoon
  • Corn Flour – 1 Tablespoon
  • Lemon Juice – ¼ Teaspoon
  • Sugar – ¼ Teaspoon
  • Salt as required
  • Butter as required


Preparation:-
  • Take a mixer jar and grind sweet corn and make thick paste by adding a little water
  • Take corn flour in a bowl and mix it with ¼ cup water
  • Heat butter in a pan and add carrot, beans, sweet corn, garlic into it and sauté well
  • Add spring onion and continue sautéing
  • Transfer ground sweet corn into the pan and mix it well
  • Add two cup water and cook for 5 min by closing the pan
  •  Transfer corn flour into the pan and mix it well
  • Add required salt, sugar, pepper powder into the soup and mix it again
  • Finally add few spring onion and lemon juice and then switch off the stove
  • Tasty Sweet Corn soup is ready to serve

Ingredients:-
  • Green Chilli – 1
  • Ginger – ½ Inch
  • Lemon Juice – ½ Portion of a lime
  • Sugar Syrup as needed
  • Mint leaves as required
  • Black Khus khus (Soaked in water) as needed
  • Salt as needed
  • Soda as needed

 

Preparation:-
  • Grind Mint leaves, green chilli, and ginger by adding a little sugar syrup
  • Take a big glass to pour soda and small glass for masala mix
  • Pour mint mixture, lemon juice, sugar syrup, khus khus, salt to taste into the small glass and stir it well
  • Pour soda into a big glass and then dip the small glass into it. Form will come out of the glass and make sure to drink along with the form

  • Ice Cubes as required

 

Preparation:-
  • Cut mango into small pieces
  • Take a mixer and add mango, green chilli, mint leaf, sugar, ice cubes, and cold water and grind it well
  • Filter the juice and pour into the serving glass
  • Add Khus khus on top of the juice and Raw Mango juice is ready to serve

Ingredients:-
  • Dates – 10 Soaked in Milk for 30 min
  • Badam/Almond – 30 to 35 Soaked and peeled off
  • Milk- 2 Cup
  • Honey – 2 Tbsp
  • Ice Cubes – 6 to 7 as needed

 

Preparation:-
  • First soak the Dates in Milk for 30 min to make it soft
  • Soak the Badam also in water for 15 to 20 min and peel-off the skin
  • Take a mixer jar and add soaked dates along with milk, badam/Almond and blend well
  • Once it become thick paste add honey, milk, ice cubes and blend thoroughly  
  • Transfer the milkshake into serving glass

Butter Banana Milk Shake / Banana Milk Shake





Ingredients:-

Banana Robusta – 3
Milk – 1 1/2 Cup
Honey – 4 Tsp
Butter – 2 1/2 Tbsp
Cinnamon Powder– 1 Pinch



Preparation:-

1. Cut the Banana into small pieces
2. Take a pan and add butter
3. Once the butter is melted add the banana pieces and fry
4. Let it cool for some time
5. Take a juice mixer and add fried Banana, honey, cinnamon, Milk and ice cubes and blend it thoroughly
6. Pour into a juice glass and serve it

Kulukki Sarbath / Mint Shaken Lemonade / Kerala Special Mint Kulukki Sarbath





Ingredients:-

Lemon - 1/2 piece
Black Khus khus (Soaked in water) - 5 Tsp
Green Chilli - 1 (Less Spicy)
Ginger Crushed - 1/2 Tsp
Mint Leaves - 8 to 10 leaves
Sugar - 1 to 1 1/2 Tbls
Salt - A pinch
Ice cubes - 4
Water - 3/4 Cup




 Preparation:-

1. Soak Khus khus in water
2. Squeeze lemon into a serving glass or shaker.
3. Add lemon peel out of which juice has been squeezed, Green chilli, ginger crushed, mint leaves, sugar, salt, soaked khus khus, water and ice cubes.
4. Close with lid or another glass and shaken for at least 30 sec.

5. Serve immediately

NB: - Adjust green chilli according to your taste.

Gooseberry Juice / Nellikka Juice / Amla Juice




Ingredients:-

Gooseberry -2
Green Chilli -1
Ginger- a small piece
Curry Leaves - 4 Leaves
Water
Salt



Method

1. Grind Gooseberry, Green chilli, Ginger and Curry Leaves with a little water.
2. Filter the pulp.
3. Add sufficient water along with salt and mix well.
4. Serve the Juice.

Oats Smoothie/ Oats Fruits Smoothie



Ingredients:-
Oats                 - 1/2 Tbls
Boiled Water   - 1/4 Cup
Apple               - 1/2 part of an apple
Pomegranate    - 1/4 Cup
Cashew Nuts    - 10 no.s
Honey               - 2 Tbls
Cold Milk         - 3/4 Glass



Method:-
1. Soak oats in boiled water for half an hour.
2. After half an hour take a blender and add oats and water, apple, pomegranate, cashews, honey and milk. Then blend it well
3. Oats smoothie is ready to serve

Ingredients
Mixed fruit jam   - 2 Tsp
Milk        - 1 Cup
Sugar      - As required
Preparation
Combine all ingredients and blend it well.
Keep it in refrigerator and serve it chilled.
