Upma is a common south Indian dish, but this special Upma is made with left over Puttu. It is easy to make and very tasty.
How to prepare Puttu Upma | Left Over Puttu Uppumavu | Naalumani Palaharam
Ingredients:-
- Puttu – 2 (Crushed)
- Onion – 1 small chopped
- Carrot – 1 Small Chopped
- Green Chilli - 1
- Mustard Seeds – ½ Teaspoon
- Grated Coconut – ¼ Cup
- Salt to taste
- Curry Leaves leaves
Preparation:-
- Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds.
- Add onion, carrot, green chilli , curry leaves and required salt and sauté for 2 min
- Transfer crushed puttu and mix it well
- Add grated coconut and mix
- Tasty Puttu Upma is ready to serve
