Kerala Special Moru Kalakkiyathu | Moru Thenga Curry| Butter Milk Coconut Curry
Ingredients:-
- Coconut grated- ¾ Cup
- Jaggery – ¼ portion
- Green Chilli – 2
- Tamarind – small gooseberry size
- Ginger – ½ inch
- Dry chilli – 2
- Cumin seeds – ¼ Tea Spoon
- Curd – 250 ml
- Curry Leaves
- Salt
- Seasoning:-
- Mustard – ¼ Tsp
- Dry chilli – 2
- Curry leaves
Preparation:-
- Grind coconut, green chilli, ginger, tamarind, jaggery, dry red chilli, cumin seeds, curry leaves, salt and water
- Mix ground paste with curd
- Heat oil in a pan and Splutter mustard seeds add red chilli and curry leaves
- Add it into the butter milk mixture
- Tasty Moru Kachiyathu / Thenga Moru Curry is ready to serve
