Ingredients:-
Egg - 3
Onion sliced – 1 Big
Tomato – 2
Green Chilli – 2
Grated coconut – ¼ Cup
Cashew nut soaked - 10
Ginger – 1 Inch
Garlic– 3 Pods
Poppy seeds - 1 Teaspoon
Fennel Seeds – ¾ Teaspoon
Cardamom – 2
Cinnamon small piece
Cloves - 2
Bay leaf as needed
Turmeric Powder – ½ Teaspoon
Chilli Powder – ¾ Teaspoon
Curry leaves as needed
Coriander leaves as needed
Salt to taste
Oil as needed
Preparation:-
Take a mixer jar and add sliced tomato, grated coconut, soaked cashew nuts, ginger, garlic, poppy seeds, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, fennel seeds, turmeric, and chilli powder and grind it well
Heat oil in a pan, add bay leaf, onion, salt to taste and sauté well
Add green chilli, curry leaves and sauté
Pour ground masala and mix it well
Pour required water and allow it to boil
Add boiled egg into the curry and then add curry leaves, coriander leaves
Switch off the stove. Tasty Egg Kuruma is ready to serve

Vellarikka Sambar | Madras Cucumber Sambar | Special Sambar For Dosa and Idly
Ingredients:-
Cucumber – Half portion of a cucumber
Dal – ½ Cup soaked
Tomato – 1
Green Chilli -2
Shallot -15
Garlic -8
Turmeric - 1 Tea Spoon
Chilli powder – 1 Tea Spoon
Coriander powder – 2 Table Spoon
Tamarind Water– A small portion
Jaggery – Small piece
Asafoetida- A small piece
Curry leaves
Mustard seeds
Dry red chilli
Salt
**For frying:-**
Grated Coconut – ½ a Cup
Shallot – 10
Garlic – 10
Toor Dal – 1 Teaspoon
Urad dal – 1 Teaspoon
Pepper corns – 1 Tea Spoon
Cumin Seeds – ¼ Teaspoon
Fenugreek – ½ Tea Spoon
Preparation:-
Take a pan and fry turmeric powder and chilli powder
Add dal, Cucumber, Tomato, green chilli, shallot, garlic and water
Add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder and coriander powder and cook for 2 whistle
Add coconut oil into a pan and add grated coconut, shallot, garlic, asafoetida, curry leaves and fry
Add dal, urad dal, pepper corns, fenugreek and fry till it became brown in colour
Add cumin seeds and fry for some more time
Grind it into paste
Add tamarind pulp into cooked curry and boil it
Add coconut paste into it. Add jaggery and curry leaves
Sputter mustard seed. Add dry red chilli and curry leaves.
Transfer mustard into the sambar
Tasty vellarikka Sambar / Cucumber Sambar is ready to serve

Chicken – 500 Gram
Onion - 1 Medium sliced
Tomato – 1 Medium Sliced
Green Chilli – 3 Small
Garlic – 10 Pods
Ginger – 1 Inch
Curry leaves as needed
Turmeric Powder – ½ Teaspoon
Chilli Powder – 1 ½ Teaspoon
Lemon Juice – ½ portion squeezed
Salt to taste
Coconut Oil – 1 Tablespoon
Water – ½ Cup
Coriander Powder – 1 Tablespoon
Garam masala – 1 Teaspoon
Preparation:-
Take a clay pot and add chicken, onion, tomato, garlic, ginger, green chilli, curry leaves
Add salt to taste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, lemon juice, coconut oil and mix it well
Keep it aside for 30 minutes
Pour ½ cup water and mix it well
Once it starts boiling close the pot and keep the flame at medium
Add coriander powder, garam masala, curry leaves and cook well
Once it reaches the required gravy switch off the stove and pour a little raw coconut oil and close the pot
Tasty mulakitta chicken curry / Bachelors Chicken Curry is ready to serve.

Onion – 1 medium
Potato – 1 Big
Garlic – 3 Pods

Red chilli powder –
1 Teaspoon
Coriander Powder – 2
½ Tablespoon
Coconut grated – ½
Cup
Garam masala – ¼

Small Onion/ Shallot
– 2 pods

Preparation:-
Take a cooker and cook soaked green peas for 3 whistle
Add potato, onion, green chilli, garlic, ginger, salt to
taste, ¼ Teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon chilli powder, 2 ½ tablespoon
coriander powder and pressure cook the green peas by adding required water
Take a mixer jar and grind coconut
Smash few potatoes and then add ground coconut along with
required water into cooked green peas and mix it well
Add ¼ teaspoon garam masala and ¼ teaspoon pepper powder and
then switch off the stove
Heat oil in a pan add splutter mustard seeds, add chopped
small onion/shallot, curry leaves into it and then transfer it into curry
