Kerala Special Chakkakuru Parippu Curry| Chakkakkuru Curry| Jackfruit Seed Dal Curry
Ingredients:-
- Jackfruit seeds – 10 to 15
- Dal – ¼ Cup Soaked
- Turmeric Powder– 1 Tea spoon
- Chilli Powder – 1 Tea Spoon
- Salt
- Oil
- Coconut grated- ½ Cup
- Onion – 1
- Dry chilli - 1
- Mustard – ¼ Tsp
- Curry leaves
Preparation:-
- Cut Jackfruit seeds into small pieces
- Take a cooker and add Dal, Jackfruit seeds, green chilli, turmeric powder, chilli powder, Curry leaves and salt to taste and cook well
- Grind grated coconut
- Add ground coconut into the cooker and allow it to boil
- Heat oil in a pan and Splutter mustard seeds. Add onion, dry chilli and curry leaves and sauté well
- Transfer spluttered mustard seeds into the curry
