Soya Chunks Keema Masala | Soya Matar Keema Masala for Chappathi| Soya Chunks Recipe
Ingredients:-
- Soya Chunks Crushed – 1 Cup Soaked
- Onion Chopped– 2 Medium Chopped
- Fresh green peas – ¼ cup
- Tomato - 1 Medium Chopped
- Garlic – 25 Pods Crushed
- Ginger – ¼ Inch Sliced
- Green Chilli – 2 Sliced
- Coriander leaves as required
- Turmeric Powder– ½ Teaspoon
- Garam masala – ½ Teaspoon
- Kashmiri Chilli Powder –1 ½ Tablespoon
- Coriander Powder – 2 Teaspoon
- Cumin Seeds – ½ Teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Oil as needed
Preparation:-
- Soak Crushed soya chunks in hot water for 10 to 15 min
- Heat oil in a pan, sauté cumin seeds
- Add onion, green chilli, garlic, tomato, salt to taste and sauté well
- Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and mix it well
- Add green peas and mix it well
- Pour required water and cook well by closing the vessel
- Add soya chunks keema and cook well by pouring required water
- Add garam masala, fresh coriander leaves and mix it well and then switch off the stove
- Tasty Paneer Matar Masala / Paneer green peas Masala curry is ready to serve
