Black Chickpeas Vada | Special Kadala Vada| Naalumani Palaharam | Evening Snack
Ingredients:-
- Soaked black chickpeas – 1 Cup
- Onion - 1
- Green chilli- 1
- Curry Leaves
- Turmeric Powder – ½ Teaspoon
- Chilli Powder – ½ Teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Oil as required
Preparation:-
- Crush soaked black chickpeas
- Add onion, green chilli, curry leaves, salt, turmeric and chilli powder into it and mix well
- Shape the dough for vada
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry both sides
- Tasty black chickpeas Vada / Kadala Vada is ready to serve
