Chembu Parippu Curry | Kerala Special Parippu Chembu Curry | Dal Taro Root Curry
Ingredients:-
- Chembu/Taro Root- A small
- Dal – ¼ Cup
- Grated Coconut – ½ Cup
- Green chilli -2
- Turmeric Powder – ½ Teaspoon
- Chilli Powder – 1 Teaspoon
- Mustard seeds
- Coconut Oil
- Curry Leaves
- Salt to taste
Preparation:-
- Take a cooker and cook Dal, Chembu with salt, turmeric, green chilli and read chilli powder by adding required water
- Take a mixer jar and grind grated coconut
- Add coconut paste into the chembu curry
- Splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves
- Transfer spluttered mustards into the curry
- Tasty Chembu Parippu Curry is ready to server with hot rice
