Caramel Phool Makhana| Sweet Lotus Seeds | Sweet Thamara withu recipe | Caramel Fox Nuts
Ingredients:-
- Lotus Seeds/Phool Makhana/Fox Nuts – 1 Cup
- Jaggery – ¼ Cup
- Water to melt Jaggery– 1 Tablespoon
- Cardamom Powder – A Pinch
- Desiccated Coconut – 1 Tablespoon
- Sesame Seeds White – 1 Tablespoon
- Ghee as required
Preparation:-
- Heat ghee in a pan and fry makhana at low flame until it become crusty
- Heat a pan and fry sesame seeds and keep it aside
- Melt jaggery by adding 1 tablespoon water
- Add cardamom powder
- Transfer roasted makhana and mix it well
- Add roasted sesame seeds
- Tasty Caramel Makhana or Jaggery coated Lotus Seeds recipe is ready to serve
