Kerala Special Idichakka Pulincurry | Idichakka curry | Tender Jackfruit Pulingary
Ingredients:-
- Raw Jackfruit – ½ portion
- Green Chilli - 2
- Turmeric Powder– 1 Tea spoon
- Chilli Powder – 11/2 Tea Spoon
- Salt
- Coconut grated- 3/4 Cup
- Tamarind water- One lemon size in ¼ water
- Curry leaves
- Seasoning:-
- Onion – 1
- Mustard – ¼ Tsp
- Curry leaves
Preparation:-
- Add green chilli, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt into Jackfruit and cook
- Grind coconut
- Add ground coconut paste into cooked Jackfruit and boil. Add curry leaves
- Add tamarind pulp and boil
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
- Add onion and sauté, add curry leaves.
- Add spluttered mustard seeds into the curry
- Tasty idichakka Pulincurry is ready to serve
