Special Mushroom Rice | Mushroom Pulav
Ingredients:-
- Cooked rice with salt- 9 cup
- Mushroom – 250 Gram
- Onion – 1 Big
- Turmeric Powder – ¼ Teaspoon
- Garlic – 5 pods
- Ginger – ¼ Inch
- Green Chilli – 3 sliced
- Oil as needed
- Butter as needed
- Salt to taste
Preparation:-
- Heat oil and butter in a pan and add garlic, ginger, green chilli and sauté well.
- Add sliced onion, salt to taste and continue sautéing
- Add sliced mushroom into the pan and sauté well
- Add turmeric powder and close the pan and cook for 2 to 2 ½ minute
- Transfer cooked rice into the pan and mix it well
- Add ½ Teaspoon garam masala and mix it well
- Tasty Mushroom pulav is ready to serve
