Soya Chunks Kebab | Naalumani Palaharam
Ingredients:-
- Soaked Soya Chunks – 1 Cup (50 Gram)
- Onion Sliced- 1 Medium
- Green chilli- 3
- Garlic – 4 pods
- Ginger – ½ Inch
- Turmeric Powder – ¼ teaspoon
- Garam Masala – ½ Teaspoon
- All-purpose flour (Maida) - 2 Tablespoon
- Coriander leaves as needed
- Curry Leaves as needed
- Salt to taste
- Oil as required
Preparation:-
- Soak soya chunks in hot water for 30 to 45 min
- Squeeze soaked Soya Chunks and keep it in another vessel
- Take a mixer jar and crush green chilli, garlic, ginger and then add soaked soya chunks and grind
- Transfer crushed Soya chunks into a bowl and add salt to taste, turmeric powder, garam masala, chopped onion, coriander leaves and mix it well
- Add all-purpose flour and mix it again
- Take handful of mixture and make small balls, then flatten the balls to make Kebab patties
- Keep the patties inside the refrigerator for 10 min
- Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the patties both sides
- Tasty Soya Chunks Kebab is ready to serve.
