Banana Egg Snacks | Pazham Mutta Naalumani Palaharam
Ingredients:-
- Ripe Banana -2
- Egg -1
- Sugar – 1 ½ Tablespoon
- Dry ginger powder – ¼ Teaspoon
- Cashew nuts as needed
- Raisins as needed
- Ghee – 2 Tablespoon
Preparation:-
- Take a cup and beat the egg
- Cut the banana into small pieces
- Heat ghee in a pan and then add cashew and raisins and fry for 2 to 3 min
- Add banana, egg, sugar and dry ginger powder and sauté for another 5 min
- Kaikritha / Egg Banana evening Snack is ready to serve
