How to prepare Quick Onion Rice| Ulli Choru
Ingredients:-
Quick Onion Rice| Ulli Choru
- Cooked Rice – 4 Cup
- Shallot / Small Onion – 20 Pods
- Turmeric Powder – ½ Teaspoon
- Pepper Powder – 1 to 1¼ Teaspoon
- Curry Leaves as needed
- Mustard Seeds – ½ Teaspoon
- Dried red chilli – 2 to 3
- Ghee – 3 to 3 ½ Tablespoon
- Salt to taste
Preparation:-
- Heat oil and splutter mustard seeds, add dried chilli, curry leaves and sauté well
- Add Shallot/small onion, salt, turmeric powder and sauté well
- Transfer cooked rice, pepper powder and mix it well
- Tasty onion rice is ready to serve.
