Soya Chunks Fry | Special Soya Chunks Fry
Ingredients:-
- Onion – 2
- Soya Chunks – ¾ Cup (Soaked ½ an hour in boiled water)
- Turmeric powder – ½ Teaspoon
- Chilli Powder- 1 Teaspoon
- Chicken Masala – 1 to 1 ½ Teaspoon
- Pepper Powder – 1 ½ Teaspoon
- Garam Masala -1/2 Teaspoon
- Curry leaves
- Oil as required
Preparation:-
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion by adding a little salt
- Add soya chunks and continue sautéing
- Add turmeric powder, chilli powder and sauté
- Add chicken masala and mix
- Add water required to cook the Soya chunks and close the pan with a lid
- Add pepper powder and curry leaves into the pan and mix it well
- Add required salt and garam masala and fry till its colour changes
- Soya chunks fry is ready to serve
