Pigeon Vegetable Cutter Review | Special egg Burji | Kerala Style Egg Burji
Ingredients:-
- Egg - 3
- Onion – 2
- Green Chilli - 3
- Pepper Powder – ½ to ¾ Teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Curry leaves
- Oil as required
Preparation:-
- Cut onion into medium size and chop using mini chopper
- In a bowl beat egg by adding required salt
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion by adding a little salt
- Pour beaten egg and then add green chilli and curry leaves into the pan and sauté well
- Add pepper powder and mix it well and the switch off the stove
- Tasty egg burji is ready to serve
