How to prepare Authentic Payyoli Chicken Fry | Payyoli Special Chicken Fry
Perfect Payyoli Chicken Fry | Payyoli Special Chicken Fry
Ingredients:-
- Chicken – ½ Kg
- Whole Kashmiri Chilli – 12
- Turmeric Powder – ¾ Teaspoon
- Chicken Masala- 2 Teaspoon
- Garam Masala – ¾ Teaspoon
- Ginger paste-1 Teaspoon
- Grated coconut- ¾ Cup
- Vinegar- 1 Tablespoon
- Curry Leaves as required
- Salt to taste
- Oil as needed
Preparation:-
- Boil Kashimiri chillies for 10 to 15 min
- Take out the chillies from water and grind it
- Marinate the chicken by adding 2 to 2 ½ Tablespoon Kashmiri chilli paste, salt to taste, ½ tsp turmeric powder, ginger paste, chicken masala, garam masala, curry leaves and vinegar
- Keep it inside the refrigerator for at least half an hour to get it set
- Take a bowl and add Kashmiri chilli paste, salt, turmeric powder, grated coconut and mix it well
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken pieces and keep it aside
- Fry the grated coconut into the same oil by adding few curry leaves
- Once the coconut is crispy add fried chicken in to it and mix well
- Tasty Payyoli Chicken Fry is ready to serve
