Hotel style Poori Bhaji | Potato Bhaji | Urulakishangu bhaji | Secret ingrediants Bhaji
Ingredients:-
- Potato - 3
- Onion – 1 medium
- Ginger – ¼ inch chopped
- Green Chilli – 2 Sliced
- Turmeric Powder – ½ Teaspoon
- Gram Flour – 3 Table Spoon
- Urad dal – 1/2 Teaspoon
- Mustard Seeds – 1/4 Teaspoon
- Water
- Salt to taste
- Curry Leaves as needed
Preparation:-
- Boil the potato and smash it
- Heat oil in a pan add splutter mustard seeds and urad dal
- Add onion, ginger, green chilli , curry leaves and salt and saute well
- Add turmeric and mix well
- Take gram flour in a cup and add little water into it and pour the liquid into the pan
- Add boiled potato and mix well
- Add required amount of water and boil
- Bhaji is ready to serve
