Baby Corn Manchurian | Restaurant Style Manchurian
Ingredients:-
- Baby Corn - 10
- All-purpose flour/Maida - ½ Cup
- Cornflour – 2 Teaspoon
- Chilli Powder – 1 Teaspoon
- Cloves – 3
- Onion – 1 Medium
- Capsicum – ½ Portion
- Garlic – 4 Pods
- Ginger – ½ Teaspoon
- Spring Onion – 4 to 5 stem
- Red Chilli Sauce – 1 Tablespoon
- Tomato Sauce – ½ Cup
- Soya sauce – 2 Tablespoon
- Pepper Powder – ½ Teaspoon
- Water - ¼ Cup
- Salt as required
- Oil as required
Preparation:-
- Take a bowl, add All-purpose
flour/Maida, corn flour, chilli powder, salt and then mix it well.
- Pour water little by little and make thick batter.
- Add baby corn into the batter to coat it properly and keep it aside for 10 min
- Fry coated baby corn both sides
- Heat oil in a pan, add cloves, onion, capsicum, garlic, ginger, salt as required and sauté well
- Add chopped spring onion
- Add red chilli sauce, soya sauce and tomato sauce into the pan and mix it well
- Transfer fried baby corn into the pan and mix it well
- Add ¼ Cup water and then pepper powder into the pan and mix it well
- Once the gravy become thick switch off the stove
- Tasty Baby Corn Manchurian is ready to serve
