Soya Chunks Kebab |  Naalumani Palaharam



Ingredients:-
  • Soaked Soya Chunks – 1 Cup (50 Gram)
  • Onion Sliced- 1 Medium
  • Green chilli- 3
  • Garlic – 4 pods
  • Ginger – ½ Inch
  • Turmeric Powder – ¼ teaspoon
  • Garam Masala – ½ Teaspoon
  • All-purpose flour (Maida) - 2 Tablespoon
  • Coriander leaves as needed
  • Curry Leaves as needed
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required


Preparation:-
  • Soak soya chunks in hot water for 30 to 45 min
  • Squeeze soaked Soya Chunks and keep it in another vessel
  • Take a mixer jar and crush green chilli, garlic, ginger and then add soaked soya chunks and grind
  • Transfer crushed Soya chunks into a bowl and add salt to taste, turmeric powder, garam masala, chopped onion, coriander leaves and mix it well
  • Add all-purpose flour and mix it again
  • Take handful of mixture and make small balls, then flatten the balls to make Kebab patties
  • Keep the patties inside the refrigerator for 10 min
  • Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the patties both sides
  • Tasty Soya Chunks Kebab is ready to serve.

Ingredients:-

  • Cooked Rice – 4 Cup
  • Shallot / Small Onion – 20 Pods
  • Turmeric Powder – ½ Teaspoon
  • Pepper Powder – 1 to 1¼ Teaspoon
  • Curry Leaves as needed
  • Mustard Seeds – ½ Teaspoon
  • Dried red chilli – 2 to 3
  • Ghee – 3 to 3 ½ Tablespoon
  • Salt to taste


Preparation:-
  • Heat oil and splutter mustard seeds, add dried chilli, curry leaves and sauté well
  • Add Shallot/small onion, salt, turmeric powder and sauté well
  • Transfer cooked rice, pepper powder and mix it well
  • Tasty onion rice is ready to serve.

Ingredients:-
  • Bitter Gourd – 1
  • Garlic – 2 Pods
  • Turmeric Powder – ½ Teaspoon
  • Chilli Powder – 1 Teaspoon
  • Grated coconut – ¼ Cup
  • Vinegar – 1 Teaspoon
  • Curry Leaves
  • Mustard Seeds – ½ Teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required

 

Preparation:-
  • Cut bitter gourd into small pieces
  • Cut Garlic into small pieces or crush
  • Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds
  • Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, garlic, curry leaves into the pan and sauté well
  • Transfer cut bitter gourd and salt into the pan and sauté well
  • Close the vessel and cook well
  • Add grated coconut and mix it well
  • Close the vessel and cook
  • Switch off the stove and pour vinegar and mix it well
  • Tasty bitter gourd stir fry is ready to serve

Ingredients:-
  • Green gram (Soaked) - 1 Cup
  • Onion – 1 Small
  • Green Chilli – 2
  • Coconut grated – ½ Cup
  • Turmeric Powder – ½ Teaspoon
  • Red chilli powder – ½ Teaspoon
  • Cumin Seeds - ¼ Teaspoon
  • Mustard Seeds – ½ Teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Curry Leaves as needed


Preparation:-
  • Take a cooker and add soaked green gram, onion, green chilli, salt to taste, turmeric powder, chilli powder and pressure cook the green gram by adding required water
  • Take a mixer jar and grind coconut and cumin seeds
  • Add ground coconut into cooked green gram and mix it well.
  • Add required water and allow to boil
  • Heat oil in a pan add splutter mustard seeds and transfer it into curry
  • Tasty Cherupayar Curry is ready to serve

Ingredients:-

  • Dates – 15 (Crushed)
  • Wheat flour (Atta) – 1 Cup
  • Ghee as required
  • Salt as required

Eenthappazham Chappathi

Preparation:-
  • Add wheat flour in a mixing bowl
  • Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough
  • Makes medium balls of the dough
  • Roll them into a circle
  • Add a portion of the dates paste in the centre
  • Seal it and round it
  • Roll them again
  • Heat a pan and cook the chapathi. Apply ghee on both sides
  • Dates chapathi is ready to serve

Ingredients:-
  • Dates – 10
  • Semolina – ½ Cup
  • All-purpose Floor – 3 Tablespoon
  • Egg - 1
  • Sugar – 3 Tablespoon
  • Cardamom Powder – ½ Teaspoon
  • Cashew Nuts as required
  • Ghee – 2 Tablespoon
  • Baking Soda – ¼ Teaspoon
  • Milk – ½ Cup
  • Salt - A pinch
  • Oil as required


Preparation:-
  • Take a vessel and Beat egg and Sugar
  • Add All-purpose flour and Semolina and mix well
  • Pour milk into it mix it again
  • Add dates, cashew nuts, cardamom Powder, ghee, baking soda and salt and mix well
  • Keep the mixture aside for at least 2 hours
  • Pour water to reach the required consistency and mix it well
  • Heat 9 or 12 cavity appam making vessel and add 2 tablespoon oil in each cavity. Pour batter into each cavity and cook in low flame.
  • Flip it over and cook the other side
  • Once it done transfer into a serving bowl

  • Switch off the stove once it reaches the required consistency
