Aval Paal Vazhakka | Iftar Nombuthura Special Paal Vazhakka
Ingredients:-
- Beaten Rice – ½ Cup
- Milk – ½ Litre
- Banana (Nendran) - 1
- Sugar – 1/3 Cup
- Cardamom Powder – ¼ Teaspoon
- Ghee as required
- Cashew nut & Raisins as needed
Preparation:-
- Cut banana into small pieces
- Take a pan a boil milk
- Add beaten rice into the milk and cook well
- Add cut banana and sugar into the milk and cook well
- Add cardamom powder into the pan and mix it well and then switch off the stove
- Take a pan and heat 1 to 1 ½ table spoon ghee. Fry cashew nuts and raisins.
- Transfer cashew and raisins into the Aval Paal Vaazhakka. Close the pan for some time.
- Tasty Aval Paal Vaazhakka is ready to serve
