Thanni Mathan Ice Cream | Watermelon Ice Cream?
Ingredients:-
- Watermelon – 500 Gram
- Fresh Cream – 200 Ml
- Sugar – 5 Tablespoon
Preparation:-
- Freeze sliced Watermelon for 2 to 3 hours
- Take a mixer jar and add watermelon, fresh cream, and sugar and grind it well
- Pour ground watermelon into a vessel
- Cover the vessel using a cling film and then close the vessel
- Keep ice cream into the freezer for 6 to 7 hours
- Take out the ice cream after 6 to 7 hours and remove the cling film
- Tasty watermelon ice cream is ready to serve
