Dry Fruits Laddu | Dates and nuts Laddu | Laddu without Sugar
Ingredients:-
- Dates – 1 Cup
- Peanut – ¼ Cup
- Pistachio – ¼ Cup
- Cashew nuts – ¼ Cup
- Almond - ¼ Cup
- Walnut - ¼ Cup
- Raisins - 1 Table spoon
- Poppy seeds – 1 Tea Spoon
- Cardamom powder – ½ Tea Spoon
- Ghee – As needed
Preparation:-
- Take a mixer jar and grind Peanut, Pistachio, cashew nuts, almond, and walnut
- Crush dates also using a mixer jar separately
- Heat a pan by pouring required ghee and sauté crushed dry fruits
- Transfer the crushed dates into the pan and mix it well
- Once dates and dry fruits are mixed well, add raisins, poppy seeds and Cardamom powder into the pan and mix it well
- Switch off the stove when all the ingredients are mixed well
- Transfer the sautéed dry fruits into a flat surface
- Once the mixture is warm mix it well using your hand
- Take a portion of the dry fruits and shape into Laddu
- Tasty and healthy dry fruit laddu is ready to serve
