Robusta Banana Halwa | Robusta Halwa in 15 Min | Kerala Pazham Halwa
Ingredients:-
- Robusta banana – 4
- Sugar – ¾ Cup
- Wheat Flour – 1 Tablespoon
- Ghee- 3 Tablespoon
- Cardamom – 4
- Cashew nuts as needed
- Salt – A pinch
Preparation:-
- Take a mixer jar and add banana, cardamom and grind it well
- Heat ghee in a pan, transfer ground banana mixture into the pan
- Add wheat flour and stir well
- After 2 min add sugar and salt into it and mix it well
- Add 1 Table spoon ghee and mix again
- After 4 to 5 min add cashew nuts and remaining ghee into it and mix well
- Stir continuously until it reaches the required consistency
- Transfer halwa into a plate to cool down
- Tasty Robusta halwa is ready to serve
