Kerala Special chicken dry fry in Uruli | Chicken fry with 3 ingredients | Easy chicken Masala
- Chicken – 500 gm
- Chicken Masala – 50 gm
- Shallot – 250 gm
- Coconut Pieces – ½ Coconut
- Curry leaves
- Oil – 250 ml
- Salt
- Marinate chicken with chicken masala, salt shallot and curry leaves and keep it aside
- Add oil in a vessel and put coconut pieces and fry till it become light brown in colour
- Add marinated chicken and mix and cover
- Stir frequently
- Once the chicken cooked switch off the stove
