Kerala Special Banana Elayada | Ethapazham Elayada | Nendrapazham Ilayada
Ingredients:-
- Banana – 4
- Wheat flour – 1 Cup
- Grated Coconut – 3/4 Cup
- Jaggery – ½ Cup
- Cardamom - 6
- Salt
Preparation:-
- Steam and cook banana
- Grind the cooked banana once it is cooled
- Mix grated coconut and jaggery
- Add wheat flour, mashed banana, salt, cardamom and make a dough
- Take banana leaf spread the dough
- Place the filling on one side and fold the other half on top of it
- Place it in a steamer or Idli Cooker
- Steam for about 10 to 15 min
- Tasty Nendrapazham / Ethapazham gothambu Elayada is ready to serve
