Chicken Liver Roast | Chicken Liver Pepper Fry with Coconut
Ingredients:-
- Chicken Liver – 500 Gram
- Shallot/Small Onion – 1 ½ Cup
- Grated Coconut - 1 Cup
- Chilli Powder – ½ Tea spoon
- Pepper powder – 1 ½ Tea Spoon
- Coconut Oil as required
- Curry leaves as required
- Salt as required
Preparation:-
- Take a pan and add up to 2 table spoon coconut oil. Add shallot/Small onion, curry leaves and salt into it and sauté until it become transparent.
- Transfer liver into the pan and mix it well
- Add salt and continue sautéing
- Add chilli powder and pepper powder into the liver and mix it well
- Add grated coconut into the pan and mix it well
- Close the pan using a lid and cook well
- Open the lid and sauté well by adding few curry leaves. Once it become dry switch off the stove
- Tasty chicken liver roast with coconut is ready to serve
