Muringayila Parippu Curry | Drumstick Leaves Dal Curry | Malabar Style Murigayila Curry
Ingredients:-
- Drumstick leaves – 2 Cup
- Toor Dal – ½ Cup
- Green Chilli – 1
- Turmeric Powder – ½ Tea Spoon
- Chilli Powder – 1 Tea Spoon
- Grated Coconut – ¾ Cup
- Salt
- Mustard Seeds – Tea Spoon
- Curry Leaves
Preparation:-
- Add dal and drumstick leaves into pressure cooker
- Add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder and green chilli into it
- Add required amount of water and cook for 3 whistle
- Grind coconut
- Once the dal and leaves cooked smash the dal
- Add ground coconut into it .Add required amount of water and boil
- Splutter mustard seeds. Add curry leaves and put it into the curry
- Tasty Muringayila Parippu Curry / Drumstick leaves Dal curry is ready to serve
