Rava Appam | Rava Naalumani Palaharam | Soft Rava Neyyappam | Rava Panji Appam
Ingredients:-
- Semolina/Rava – ½ Cup
- All-Purpose flour /maida– 1 Cup
- Grated Jaggery – ½ Cup
- Cardamom– 4 Pods Crushed
- Salt a pinch
- Water as needed
- Oil as needed to fry
Preparation:-
- Heat 1 cup water in a pan and melt jaggery
- Take a bowl and add App-purpose flour/Maida, Rava, a pinch of salt, cardamom Powder and mix it well
- Pour Jaggery syrup into the bowl and mix it well
- Keep it aside for 30 min
- After 30 min open the vessel and mix it well
- Heat oil in a pan and pour a spoon full of batter and deep fry both sides
- Tasty Rava appam / Rava Naalumani Palaharam is ready to serve.
