How to prepare Ragi Kuzhachathu | How to Prepare Ragi Upma|Breakfast
Ingredients:-
Recipe 1
- Ragi Flour – 1/2
- Grated Coconut – ¼ Cup
- Sugar – 4Teaspoon
- Cardamom Powder – One pinch
- Ghee – 1 Teaspoon
Recipe 2
- Ragi – ½ Cup
- Onion – 1 Small
- Carrot
- Green chilli - 1
- Curry leaves
- Mustard – ½ Teaspoon
- Urad Dal – ½ Teaspoon
- Ghee or Oil
- Add Steamed ragi in a bowl
- Add coconut, Sugar, Cardamom Powder, Ghee and mix well
