Special Chicken Leg Fry | Secret Masala Chicken Leg Fry
Ingredients:-
- Chicken Leg – 4 Pieces
- Garlic – 15 Pods
- Ginger – ½ Inch
- Curry Leaves as required
- Egg – 1
- Chilli Powder - 1 Teaspoon
- Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 2 Teaspoon
- Turmeric Powder – ½ Teaspoon
- Garam Masala – ¼ Teaspoon
- Corn Flour – 1 Tablespoon
- Curd – 1 Tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Oil as required
Preparation:-
- Take a mixer Jar and add egg, corn flour, salt to taste, Turmeric Powder, Chilli powder, Kashmiri Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, Ginger, Curry Leaves, Garlic, Curd and grind it well to make a thick paste
- Apply this paste into leg pieces and keep it aside or refrigerator for 30 min
- Heat oil a pan and deep fry chicken legs
- Transfer the chicken leg pieces into a serving dish
