Uzhunnu Unniyappam | Uzhunnappam
Ingredients:-
- Urad Dal – 1 Cup
- Egg - 2
- Sugar – ½ Cup
- Cardamom – 5
- Baking Powder – ½ Teaspoon
Preparation:-
- Grind urad dal, egg, sugar, cardamom powder, baking powder using a grinder by adding ½ Cup water
- Transfer the mixture into bowl. Add required water and mix it well. Keep it aside for 10 min.
- After 10 min mix it well
- Heat 9 or 12 cavity appam making vessel, pour oil and then pour urad dal mix into each cavity
- Flip it over to cook the other side
- Tasty Uzhunnappam is ready to serve
